Important: All products sold by VTX Global Solutions are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, which can be accessed, downloaded, or used immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final.
1. Digital Product Delivery
All our products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive:

- Download links or access credentials
- License keys (where applicable)
Digital products are typically accessible within minutes of purchase. Please allow up to 24 hours for delivery in rare cases of system delays.
2. Refund Eligibility
While all sales are generally final due to the digital nature of our products, we may consider refund requests in the following situations:

7. Refund Processing

8. Exchanges
